  1. 7-Day Return Window You have 7 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return or exchange. After this period, we unfortunately cannot offer you a refund or replacement.
  2. Product Condition To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with all tags and protective seals intact.
  3. Defective or Damaged Items If you receive a product that is damaged, physically restricted, or different from what you ordered, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photographic evidence to expedite your claim.
  4. Refund Processing Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds are processed via Bank Transfer or Store Credit within 7–10 business days.
  5. Shipping Costs Customers are responsible for paying their own shipping costs for returning items unless the return is due to a mistake on our part (wrong or faulty item). Shipping costs are non-refundable.
